Yes, this looks good to me.
Once this deploys I will raise an issue on the charter repo that it should be linked there. |

@plehegar thanks for preparing this PR, it looks pretty good to me.
Do we also want to document @frivoal's "Participants beyond the WG" clarification w3c/process#754 (comment) in the Guide?
The answer is yes but we can make this the subject of a separate pull request. I opened a separate issue on the Guide to track. |
