📝 examples: Add Document Foundation UX Principles (closes #10)

This commit adds the Document Foundation UX Principles to the Case
Studies page in the _Case Studies & Examples_ category, as discussed in
issue #10. It also reworks some line spacing and formatting for
consistency in the list.

Closes #10.
