What I Work On

Working on open source brings me a lot of joy, specially when the stuff I do helps or is useful to others as well. I'm a huge believer on the serverless paradigm ever since it emerged, and a lot of my work and focus revolves around it now.

I maintain a few projects in this space like LambdaFS (for efficient compression and decompression of resources) and chrome-aws-lambda (which makes it possible to run Chromium on AWS Lambda and Firebase / GCF - even faster too).

Besides serverless, I enjoy developing simple yet useful tools and projects, like:

• ArrestDB a RESTful API proxy for databases in PHP
• pagerank a weighted PageRank implementation in Go
• genex a regex expansion engine in Go that powers name|grep

I also have some nearly-finished projects that I intend to release soon, to name a few:

• a Go CLI utility to deeply traverse folders, files and hash their contents
• a strongly typed TypeScript ORM for Firestore and security rules transpiler
• a more complete version of ArrestDB but for Node.js, with support for OData v4
