I've lived in many 🗺️ and many cities, have experienced many 📈 and 📉 , know many languages (programming or not) so in a sense, I'm a jack-of-all-trades that gets overly obsessive on the task at hand. I believe we can all become sufficient experts in a certain domain if we dedicate half a year to it.
Hire and mentor an intern to work on an impactful open source project. We can work on an idea they bring to the table, something from my personal backlog or potentially something related to Pocket (my "day" job) which is fully open source. The funds will be distributed by 50% to the intern for their work, 25% to cover expenses and 25% to myself.
