Upgrading from 7.0.0+

Breaking changes

Due to issue #206, support of FGP_NODEJS_HOME environment variable for the Node.js install directory is abandoned as it was impacting significantly implementation of new tasks resolvePackageManager and installPackageManager. However, the same behaviour may be obtained using an explicity configuration of property nodeInstallDirectory.
