All models have been converted to ONNX format, and operate either full-volume, patch-wise, or slab-wise.
1. MRI models
All preoperative tumor segmentation models have been described in Preoperative Brain Tumor Imaging: Models and Software for Segmentation and Standardized Reporting
The postoperative glioblastoma segmentation models have been introduced in Segmentation of glioblastomas in early post-operative multi-modal MRI with deep neural networks
The sequence classification model has not been validated nor introduced in any previous publication yet.
2. CT models
The lymph nodes segmentation has been introduced in Mediastinal lymph nodes segmentation using 3D convolutional neural network ensembles and anatomical priors guiding.
All other models were presented in Semantic segmentation and detection of mediastinal lymph nodes and anatomical structures in CT data for lung cancer staging
