Docs: Add details about reusing a unique job id #391

Example usage. This will clear finished jobs 60s after they complete, after which you could reuse that job_id on a new job

arq.run_worker(WorkerSettings, keep_result=60)

v0.26.0b1 is released, please try it, I'll release v0.26 at the end of the week, see #441.
