Using this to track terms added for https://github.com/Cellular-Semantics/whole_mouse_brain_ontology

Add general SST CHODL MGE GABA class
- Current one is cortex specific. We may merge with HMBA general class when it is made
Add general telencepahlon/pallium GLUT
