A resampler for UTAU, based on UtaUtaUtau's straycat, and written in pure Rust. Compiled binaries are available via layetri.net/straycrab. I took on this project mainly as a way of getting to know the UTAU engine better, and hopefully learn some lessons that may help in further developing Mikoto Studio.
