The wayback machine provides the modified time reported by the original server at time of archival via the x-archive-orig-last-modified response header. This change sets the saved files modified time to the value reported by the wayback machine. This may be a partial fix for #174 (doesn't set creation time).
I don't know ruby at all but this seems to work for me.
