The 0.14.0 release on 12/6 of PEFT created some conflicts with transformers. Pinning to last release of 0.13.2 to fix things.

I agree, this fixes the RuntimeError:

RuntimeError: Failed to import transformers.trainer because of the following error (look up to see its traceback):
cannot import name 'EncoderDecoderCache' from 'transformers' (/opt/conda/envs/llava/lib/python3.10/site-packages/transformers/__init__.py)
