You can view a render of your board over on gerber.zip/2d! Happy OnBoarding! |
Hi Acidicts, Thanks for submitting your PCB pull request for OnBoard! However, it looks like you took a picture of your cart rather than the completed unpaid order. For us to have the full picture of pricing and the PCB your ordering, please follow the steps in this guide here or here:
This will allow us to spot any mistakes and give you ways to reduce the cost or customs fee. Congratulations on making the PCB! Please ask in #electronics in the Slack if you need any further help. |
Heya! It seems like you have already received the grant. Unfortunately, you won't be able to receive the Onboard Grant again. |
The last time I did the grant, I followed a tutorial, so I was given half of the total. I was later told that if I did it without a tutorial, I could get the other half. |
Thank you, and sorry for any trouble I caused |
I wonder if JLCPCB would let me pay from the grant and cover the difference on my own card because the total cost is about $27.20. |
Not sure, you would have to email their support. The other option is you donate the difference to the onboard hcb - https://hcb.hackclub.com/donations/start/onboard and I add that to your grant card. |
I'm probably going to add the difference a jlcpcb wallet |
Oh ok. |
RIP the min top up for jlcpcb wallet is $150 |
Is the option of donating the difference still available? |
Yes, just donate to Onboard and in the comments write "Topup (your grant link here) and I will top it up. |
Topped up.

Footnotes
Projects from a tutorial are 100% fine! We just want to ask so we can count how people are using tutorials. ↩
OnBoard Live is a special version of OnBoard where you can earn more money for designing advanced boards. Check out the #onboard-live channel on our Slack! ↩
