#729 is about moving the Git Developer Pages website into git-scm.com, so it's much more specific than git-scm.com being a static website now.

So maybe we could say instead something like:

"Moving git.github.io, Git Developer Pages and Git Rev News' website, into git-scm.com is discussed in issue #729.
