Hi there, I'm Gavin! 
I am a PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University, under the supervision of Dr. Nima Mesgarani. I work at the intersection of neuroscience and machine learning, and I am interested in computational modeling and methods for decoding the brain's neural signals.
In my undergrad, I helped develop mvlearn as an open-source tool to aid in the study of neural data. You can find my software projects here on Github, and more of my research on my personal site.
