• Only load linux64 if the host is newer than ~10.2 Current that had it
• Determine UMOUNT_NONBUSY at startup, which allows jail -k to benefit
• Rework ZFS rollback race fix. The solution was hitting the race as well. Also assert that the rollback worked in build_pkg. Failing this will show an error on the bulk stderr and cause a "crashed builder" error.
• Fix jail cleanup sometimes only cleaning up the first 2 builders.
