fix(a32nx): undo vpilot hax

Summary of Changes

After 4 years, vPilot has finally added support for MSFS COM RECEIVE simvars, and MSFS has the COM RECEIVE EX1 simvars, so we no longer need these hax.

Testing instructions

Turn off reception and transmission on RMP2, as the A32NX works in an odd way where all the RMPs are combined at the moment...
Try setting only transmission for each of VHF1, 2, 3 on the left RMP, and ensure the COM TRANSMIT simvars and vPilot reflect the selections. Note that vPilot still has a (understandable) limitation that if transmit is on, it also forces receive on for that radio.
Turn off TX (call) and turn on receive for each of VHF1, 2, 3 and ensure the COM RECEIVE, COM VOLUME simvars, and vPilot, match the knob states.
