Summary of Changes
This PR adapts the igniter config to only run the necessary preparation build step, depending on if we are running in CI or not, and if the environment variable
TEXTURE_RESOLUTION_8Kis set to true or not. Currently defaults to building 4k if the env var is not set.Screenshots (if necessary)
