After running a few tests I realised the error object is always passed as the first argument in the callbacks (as I expected) but in the readme file they appeared the other way around. This got me a bit confused when getting started...

Just a minor tweak to the readme file.

ohh thanks a lot - we missed to adjust these at the previous pull request which changed such order.
