Work around F# ildasm/ilasm round-trip test failure (#107692)

An F# compiler change caused significant generated IL change and
an ildasm/ilasm round-trip test failure. Adding
`<RealSig>false</RealSig>` reverts to the previous F# codegen
and fixes the problem.
