Not so much a Statiq error as Statiq doing what it's configured to and catching a problem in validation before something invalid gets merged - here's the actual error message from the logs which indicates a problem with the pronoun definition in the new speaker profile:

Error: [/home/runner/work/website/website/input/community/speakers/jeff-alstadt.md => community/speakers/jeff-alstadt.html] Preferred gender pronouns should be of the form [subject]/[object] in lowercase (I.e. "they/them") (ValidateSpeakerPronouns)

The pronoun form of "[subject]/[object]" was originally required to ensure uniformity and clarity - of course that requirement can be changed if you all want to, but that's what's being validated right now.

@jalstadt can you please provide your prononuns, for instance, mine are
Pronouns: "he/him"
