This adds
SizedArray<T>andSizedStruct<T>.SizedStruct<T>get's a optimized read / write function when being created which means it is about twice as fast asStructin read operations where all types have a static size at the time of construction.SizedArray<T>is a special addition. It has no optimizations itself but allows theSizedStruct<T>optimization to work for arrays inside ofStruct
