Strip plots now show up with default colors

Fixes #548 although first we need plotly/plotly.js#7162

See this example (note that legend doesn't properly show up yet as per plotly.js PR)

import deephaven.plot.express as dx

stocks = dx.data.stocks()

fig_strip = dx.strip(
    stocks, 
    x="Price",
    by="Sym",
)

I've seen no movement on my plotly PR so I'm going to close this for now
