WebGL Art Gallery

Welcome to our WebGL-based Art Gallery! This project leverages the power of Lexica RESTful APIs to populate an immersive gallery environment with art pieces based on keywords that the user searches for.

Features

  • Dynamic Art Gallery: Utilizes Lexica's APIs to dynamically populate the gallery with artworks based on the user's search keywords.
  • NPC Gallery Environment: Experience the gallery in a more immersive and interactive way with Non-Player Characters populating the environment.
  • Custom Character Creation: The ability for users to add their own custom characters made using Ready Player Me.
  • Asset Bundles: Leverages Unity's Asset Bundles for efficient on-demand content loading and updates.

Getting Started

  1. Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/art3miz18/ArtGallery_Web.git
  1. Open the project in Unity
  2. Build the project for WebGL

Usage

  1. Launch the WebGL build in a compatible web browser.
  2. Use the search bar to enter keywords for the type of art you'd like to see in the gallery.
  3. Use the character creator to add a custom character to the gallery.
  4. Enjoy your personalized, immersive art gallery experience!

We use Lexica's APIs to fetch artwork based on the user's search keywords.
