Using Aquality Tracker Cli to start and finish testruns

To start test run use:

aqualityReporter start ${your_api_url} ${your_project_id} ${your_api_token} ${suite name} ${environment} ${build_name}

To finish test run use:

aqualityReporter finish ${your_api_url} ${your_project_id} ${your_api_token} ${testrun id}
