In order to run the advanced pipeline tests (executing a set of mock pipelines), I require an admin to post run tests on this PR.
If you are not an admin, please ask for one's attention in #infrastructure on Slack or ping one here.

Bear in mind that we currently only have one win2019 machine and it's marked as a test- system, so we'd need to ensure we have a machine available for this before proceeding. The existing machine is also currently offline dur to low disk space.
