A Django Boilerplate using Bootstrap4 to get you started on any project.

Installation

  1. Install Python.
  2. Set up venv
  3. Activate your virtual environment
$ python3 -m venv myvenv
$ source ./myvenv/bin/activate
  1. Install pip

  2. Install Django

$ pip install django

Usage

Start the Django Server

$ python manage.py runserver

Visit http://127.0.0.1:8000/ from your browser.

If everything goes well, you should see the default Bootstrap4 Starter template screen.

To access the admin page, you would need to create an admin superuser first.

$ python manage.py createsuperuser

Visit http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin and log in to the the admin page using your credentials.
