if the original table exists on schema, the table is not found.
The schemaname has been added to to the mergeCommand. Futh the columnnames are prefixed with alias name "ORIG"

I found this as well and fixed it with #60. There is also another small bug I have fixed which is #61 for some multi threading bugs.

Both are still waiting to be pulled in.
