iPhone 15 Pro (Max) supports AV1 (#6837)

* Emphasize only iPhone 15 Pro (Max) supports AV1 as of now

* Safari 17+ for macOS _theoretically_ supports AV1

No device supports AV1 hardware decoding as of now though
