Fix: Removed cache after installing packages in Dockerfile

Changes

Updated the RUN apk add command to remove the cache after installing packages.
- Before:
```
RUN apk update && apk add jq
```
- After:
```
RUN apk update && apk add jq && rm -rf /var/cache/apk/*
```

Purpose

Reduced Docker image size by removing cached files after package installation.
Followed best practices for maintaining a clean and optimized Docker image.
