In preparation for the simulation runs and unblinding, the following changes are prepared:

  • New simulation presets are added as separate files, and old files are updated if needed.
  • The calibration and polarization efficiency parameters are now set to vary instead of remaining fixed.
  • The bandpass uncertainty values are now marginalized over.
  • The restriction on the CIB spectral indices is loosened.
  • (Not yet implemented in upstream MFLike and checked here) Added a varying spectral index for the radio sources.
  • The ell ranges are updated, as are all cross-spectra from those.

In addition, I have done some organisational changes and split everything into separate folders for tidiness, and updated the readme.

I see that there are 2 cosmology settings and especially one sampling H0. But in the default case i.e. cosmology.yaml, H0 is not derived (camb/cosmopower settings add a bunch of derived parameters but not this one since, of course, it can be sampled in cosmology_H0.yaml file). I think we should add H0 as derived parameter within cosmology.yaml file to get it.
