Kodi and Local playback when using smart playlists get queued wrongly

When using smart playlist hostet within Kodi to be found under the BROWSER (in Chrous 2 - playlists) when press the options to queue a playlist, or when opening up a playlist playling the first song ANY actions leads to the playlist or first song to be queued in Kodi an not following the selection that has being configured. I set it to LOCAL but it only works in Music/Album mode that a song/album gets queueud correctly.
