Cargo supports the full semver specs, which includes an optional pre-release version (eg 1.0-alpha.1) and an optional metadata (eg 0.1+2018.10.16).

Could cargo-bump support those? For example:

$ cargo bump minor --metadata $(date +%Y.%m.%d)
