测试时，2M，0.1M都失败，0.5M,1M测试多数视频可以上传成功

请问是使用 example 下代码测试的吗？

一般情况下上传失败主要是网络问题，网速太慢的话，会有一些 chunk 上传失败

可以设置超时重传的次数
