Here is the content reformatted for a GitHub issue:

The Appendix (https://www.w3.org/TR/maturity-model/#Appendix) table of roles is helpful in knowing what persons may be involved at what stage and level of maturity. One thing that would make it more helpful would be to add the responsibilities that such persons would have. Examine the use cases for example:

Use Case One

  1. A software company is responding to an RFP. They’ve been asked to demonstrate that they can retain the accuracy and timeliness of their VPATs and refresh them as needed.

    • Dimensions:

      • Knowledge and Skills, ICT Dev Lifecycle, and Personnel are the critical dimensions.
    • Roles that could be involved in use case one (NOTE: This is sample text and any of this could be changed to reflect greater accuracy and specificity):

      • Accessibility consultant/advisor

        • The accessibility consultant/advisor would audit current VPATs, recommend improvements to maintenance processes, advise on resource needs, and assist with proposal responses.
      • Accessibility/Disability/Inclusion Influencer

        • Accessibility/Disability/Inclusion Influencer would provide strategic guidance on messaging and proposal responses to convey an organizational commitment to accessibility.
      • Accessibility specialist/helper/org

        • The accessibility specialist would audit accessibility, identify process improvements, update VPATs, and address product accessibility issues
      • Authoring tool developer

        • The authoring tool developer would enhance tools to streamline VPAT creation, maintenance, and integrate accessibility testing.
      • Chief Accessibility Officer

        • The Chief Accessibility Officer would set strategy, oversee systems changes, review VPATs, and champion accessibility capabilities internally and externally.

I was looking at the Roles the other day. I'm warming up to this suggestion of yours.
