Add a column to the invoice table that points to the original invoice.

When looking at if an invoice has been created, exclude the ones that are refunds.
Otherwise, would probably need to allow refund expenses to be entered.
We could allow a refund amount to be entered, default to the total amount.
Then split that between all expenses.
If a specific expense needs to be refunded, this gets ugly and wouold need specific expenses to be entered.
Harvest user (manager/supervisor) needs to process a correction to an already processed invoice to refund or credit an expense on the invoice.
