File dialog opens behind the app #5857

  • Searched existing issues to avoid creating duplicates.

  • Confirmed that it can be reproduced in built-in themes without customized css.

    If it only exists in 3rd party themes or css, you can still report it, but please attach the theme target or the css file. We may not "fix" it, if it is caused by 3rd party themes or css styles that we cannot support.

Describe the bug
When opening any file action dialog (Save, Save As, Open, Open Folder, etc) the file dialog presents behind the active Typora window.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open a file dialog - it should pop up behind the app.

Expected behavior
Dialogs should present in front of the app.

I can confirm this annoying bug on: Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon.
And it was working in older versions.

Issue still present on 1.7.6 on Linux Mint 21.2

The same bug on a new installed Ubuntu 23.10:
Filedialog hidden behind typora-window.
