N-Dropdown ripple effect "explosion"

Describe the bug

The ripple effect around the NButton sometimes "explodes": instead of a gradient that looses opacity toward the end it is a massive solid object that appears and immediately disappears. Please see the attached video @

Only observed in NDropdown: the NButton itself does not seem to have this issue

Steps to reproduce

Just click the dropdown button repeatedly until it happens. It also occurs on the docs page https://www.naiveui.com/en-US/os-theme/components/dropdown#basic.vue
