It was an issue earlier, but it should have been fixed.
Edit: Just checked with my profile and it works. There are also a lot of tweets by others. But you can try filing an issue:

  1. Go to https://help.twitter.com/forms/spam
  2. Click I can't Tweet a link because Twitter thinks it's spam.
  3. Fill in Problematic link: with your profile url (https://github-profile-summary.com/user/Tahsin-Mayeesha)
  4. Finalize and submit form
