Extension shows blank windows #6

Hi,

I was trying the extension in VSCode - v1.42.1 & 1.43, using the example(s) here - https://www.vogella.com/tutorials/XSLT/article.html

However, I was not able to see any output (only 2 blank windows opened) and there was nothing in the Output window either.

Let me know if you need any further information.

Thanks. I'm working to address #4, and will look at this too. Might be related.
