Links to old activities archive

#585 began changes to the layout of a section that links to various Sugar activities. Most of these link to the oldest activities archive which is for Python 2 systems. One links to an activity for Python 3 systems. None make it clear that these links require Sugar. All have mouseover "donation ask".

• complete the port to python 3 of each activity,
• publish each activity in the v4 archive,
• remove and substitute other activities if the above cannot be done in a reasonable time,
• remove the mouseover text,
• introduce the collection as examples of Sugar activities that require Sugar,
• don't say "Get" unless this page is loaded by Browse in Sugar.
