With musicblocks being an educational tool, I thought it could help to have features geared specifically towards that.
A simple way to start, would be to reproduce Lilypond files (a.k.a. sheet music). For example, a teacher can create an "assignment" by specifying a lilypond file (or perhaps abc notation would be easier to implement?) then students could download that assignment and while working on it, it can be autograded to some degree based on the output. This will help guide people who are using musicblocks on their own time and to help any teachers run larger or more longterm classes.
