If using flatpak have you tried the Wayland option?

flatpak run --socket=wayland io.github.streetpea.Chiaki4deck

and if that doesn't use wayland

flatpak run --nosocket=x11 --socket=wayland io.github.streetpea.Chiaki4deck -platform wayland
