Need to create a hyperlink

I'm trying to create a hyperlink column using the SQL statement below. It displays the text value and not the actual hyper link. So when the user export the query, I want them to display all of the names, and the hyper link to that file. Thank you.

SELECT name, '=HYPERLINK("test.pdf")'
FROM CONTACTS
