Forcing Ray in Production

I know its not good practice to use Ray in production, but I need it this time. I'm running Horizon with jobs/queues and need to see the errors.

How can I force Ray to work on a production server? I have the ray.php set.

* By default, ray() will only transmit data in non-production environments.
