Balloon relay skip button

Hi,

I am currently implementing a walkthrough in our app.

There will be a sequence of balloon that will appear when using the app for the first time. I also wanted to add a skip button or a text at the top of the screen.

I just dont know how to add that skip button/textview while balloons are showing.

Any idea how I can add this?
