[Web] Quill Editor asking for clipboard permission.

Adding up on this, I would say it just doesn't make sense when I render the editor in readOnly mode...

@singerdmx I don't understand why this is not considered an issue. Furthermore, there was already a discussion (302) about this, I used the "Create issue from discussion". There should be a setting somewhere to disable clipboard usage or at least, don't initialize it when you are in readOnly mode. It makes no sense.

I still have the behavior in the latest version of Flutter, FlutterQuill and Edge but giving permission takes it away for good so, not really a problem anymore. I would have appreciated having some form of answer from the team though. Next time maybe! Cheers
