Possibility to login in Suitecrm with SAML enabled

In our Suitecrm SAML is enabled by default, however, we can disable this by adding ?no_saml=1 property in url.Need to add this param in addons config.

Also looking to get this working. Before the most recent update, no_saml was a backdoor but with a 16+ random char password it allowed connection with the outlook plugin. It's better that the vulnerability was patched and no_saml is redirected now, but now it's not possible to get the outlook plugin synced with saml enabled.
