Found in React useState with callback

Can't PR because I can't find the article elsewhere on the blog

I can confirm that the article that the broken link is pointing to cannot be found in /blog.
Guess we could point to the relevant part of React docs instead?

@rwieruch By the way Robin, if wanted to test some changes before making a PR - what's the best way?
I've forked the repo and tried to temporarily deploy it on github pages but I'm getting Liquid syntax errors...
