The average sigma value is calculated here:

kalibr_allan/matlab/functions/gen_chart.m

Line 4 in 9d38ea9

sigavg = mean([sigx;sigy;sigz]);

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can only add sigma squared values, not sigma/.
