Have you experienced this bug with the latest version of the template?

Feature request, but yes

Steps to Reproduce

Generate a new app, see it is using remix v2

Expected Behavior

Newly generated app uses react-router v7 as described in https://reactrouter.com/upgrading/remix

Actual Behavior

Still using remix v2
